Those accepting Financial Aid are required to come a day early or stay a day later to help with preparation/cleanup. In these cases it is required that you are there for the entire day and engaged in preparation or cleanup. This means arriving the evening before or staying through the morning after the day that you are helping. There is an alternative for a couple of people to spend time throughout the sesshin helping in the kitchen or helping the Jisharyo. if one is unable to commit to helping prepare or cleanup select this option.
