- SeaTac is about 2-3 hours from the Monastery, depending on traffic and the ferry line.
- Paine Field is minutes from the Mukilteo ferry terminal and about 1-2 hours from the Monastery, depending on the ferry line.
Please coordinate your own transportation to and from the monastery. Taxi service is available for the short drive from the shuttle stop in Freeland to the monastery gate.

From Seattle, take the ferry from Mukilteo to Clinton. Ferries run every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Drive west on Highway SR 525 about 8 miles, past the stoplight at Bayview, and turn left onto Useless Bay Road. Useless Bay Road becomes Millman Road. Stay on Millman and cross Double Bluff Road. At this point Millman Road is renamed Lancaster Road. About 2 miles beyond the Double Bluff/Lancaster intersection, turn left onto Wahl Road. Enso House is on your left about ¾ mile down the road, and the Tahoma One Drop Zen Monastery entrance is about ¼ mile further on the left.
From Whidbey Island North, 25 minutes south of Coupeville you’ll enter town of Freeland on HWY 525; at only stop light in town there’s a Shell station on right; turn right onto Fish Road,
Left onto Woodard, Left on Lancaster and immediate right on Wahl Rd to 6499 Wahl. (only about 5 minutes from highway to Monastery)
