Kinhin (walking meditation): 5:55-6:05
Zazen (meditation): 6:05a.m.-6:55am
Tuesday through Saturday
Evening Zazen 6:30p.m. – 7:20pm
Kinhin (walking meditation): 6:50-7:00
Evening Zazen 7:30p.m. – 7:55pm
Sundays
Zazenkai: 8am to 9:30am
Join our weekly community meditation.
Every Sunday in-person and online
