Tuesday through Saturday
Choka (morning sutras): 5:20a.m.-5:55am
Zazen (meditation): 6:00a.m.-6:50am
Monday through Saturday
Evening Zazen 6:30p.m. – 7:20pm
Evening Zazen 7:30p.m. – 7:55pm
Sundays
Zazenkai: 8am to 9:30am
Join our weekly community meditation.
Every Sunday in-person and online
